The payments dashboard shows every payment Miru has recorded for your organization. Stripe payments post automatically as “paid” the moment they clear. ACH, wire, and manual payments are logged here too.
Admin role is required to view the payments dashboard.
What each payment row shows
- Client name — the client that paid
- Invoice number — the invoice the payment is applied to
- Transaction date — when the payment cleared
- Transaction type — Stripe, ACH, wire, or manual
- Notes — any context you or a teammate added when recording the payment
- Amount — the financial value of the transaction
- Status — the current state of the transaction, usually Paid or Failed

Add payment manually
To add manual payments, follow below steps:
- Click on Add Payment Button
- Select Invoice Number from Dropdown
- Specify the date of the transaction to maintain accurate records.
- Select the mode of payment under transaction type.
- Amount is populated based on invoice number. This field is currently uneditable and partial payment is not supported
- Include any relevant notes or comments for future reference.
