We deploy daily. Not quarterly planning cycles. Not sprint ceremonies. Not "let's circle back after the retrospective." Just ship. If it's wrong, ship the fix.
Work 40 hours
No hustle culture. No "we're a family." We work reasonable hours and go home. The best code gets written by rested people, not by people on their third Red Bull at midnight.

What you'd be working on
Miru is an open-source time tracking and invoicing tool used by 500+ teams. Rails 8 backend, React 18 frontend, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS. Full expense management, a CLI, six report types, a REST API, Stripe payments. Real software that solves a real problem for real people.
We're not building the next social network. We're not pivoting every quarter. We're building the best way for service teams to track time, send invoices, and get paid. Boring? Maybe. Useful? Extremely. The kind of software that people actually depend on every single day.
We also do Rails consulting for US and European clients. Some weeks you'll ship Miru features. Some weeks you'll be deep in a client codebase. The variety keeps things interesting.
